Fire Cider

Today, I made Fire Cider for the first time!   1 diced red onion 1 diced lemon 1/2 grated ginger 1/4 grated horseradish 1 diced jalapeno 1 diced orange Raw Apple Cider Vinegar to cover fruit/veggie mixture with an extra 2-3″ 1/4 C Raw honey AFTER the mixture has been strained in 4-6 weeks. ***I split the ingredients between two 1 quart jars.
